On February 19, 2015, the Portland Trail Blazers sent Thomas Robinson, Will Barton, Victor Claver and a lottery-protected first-round pick in 2016 or 2017 to the Denver Nuggets for Arron Afflalo and Alonzo Gee.
"Arron is a proven winner with playoff experience who will be easily integrated into our culture," Trail Blazers president of basketball operations Neil Olshey said at that time.
Afflalo played just 28 games with Portland as they were bounced out of the 2015 playoffs in the first round. As a free agent last July, Afflalo agreed to a contract with the New York Knicks.
