Late Thursday night, Shams Charania of The Athletic reported that Kelly Oubre, recently with the Golden State Warriors, has agreed to a two-year, $26 million deal with the Charlotte Hornets. The six-year veteran has bounced around since being selected 15th overall in the 2015 NBA Draft. He’s played with the Washington Wizards and Phoenix Suns as well as the Warriors.
