New Portland Trail Blazers big man Larry Nance Jr. has penned a touching tribute to the Cleveland Cavaliers while explaining his involvement in the trade.
In the piece, published at Cleveland.com, Nance Jr. highlighted his wish to get to a more competitive situation and his collaboration with Cavaliers General Manager Koby Altman in getting the deal done with the Blazers.
This trade was absolutely a collaboration. I had expressed my desire to win now to Koby and the front office if we could find a deal that helped everyone, and they certainly did that.
