After exiting in the first round for the fourth time in five seasons, the expectation is that the Portland Trail Blazers could see seismic shifts to their 2021-22 roster. CNBC Sports Insider Jabari Young highlighted a few of those potential moves, namely a trade involving Blazers guard CJ McCollum.
