Due to a calf injury, Kevin Durant has not yet been able to play in the 2019 Western Conference Finals against the Portland Trail Blazers. The Golden State Warriors announced tonight that Durant would not be making the trip to Portland for Games 3 and 4. That did not stop him from standing in the tunnel to give the Blazers bulletin board material following Portland’s narrow 111-114 loss in Game 2. ESPN cameras found Durant congratulating teammates post-game, greeting them with hand slaps and various words of encouragement, including the declaration that the Trail Blazers do not, actually, want to go to the NBA Finals.
