Injury Bug Hits Multiple NBA Teams

Two of the Portland Trail Blazers’ late-season opponents will be missing rotation players, thanks to injuries announced today. The Golden State Warriors’ Gary Payton II suffered a torn ligament in this thumb, and ESPN reports that the Blazers alum is out indefinitely.

Elsewhere, the Utah Jazz also shut down Jordan Clarkson, who received a medical procedure due to plantar fascia issues. The team announced that he will not return this season.
