The Memphis Grizzlies have waived former Portland Trail Blazers forward Mario Hezonja. Shams Charania of The Athletic tweeted the report.
Hezonja appeared in 53 games for the Blazers last season, starting four. He averaged 4.8 points on 42.2% shooting from the field, 30.8% from the three-point arc. The Blazers signed him in the Summer of 2019, then traded him to Memphis this off-season as part of the deal that brought them Enes Kanter.
