Now that the NBA Draft is over, most NBA fans are looking towards free agency. With plenty of star power on the board to be taken, many teams are looking at the potential big names that could call their team home for the foreseeable future. The Portland Trail Blazers are unfortunately not in that category
Due to previous free agency missteps (though Neil Olshey would never call it that), the Blazers already have $126 million committed to next year’s roster. Five players (Seth Curry, Rodney Hood, Jake Layman, Al-Farouq Aminu, Enes Kanter) from last year’s team slated to hit the open market, and most of them are not under Portland’s bird rights.
