Former Trail Blazers forward Travis Outlaw joined Channing Frye on NBC Sports Northwest’s Talkin’ Blazers show earlier this week. Outlaw, who was selected out of high school by the Blazers with the No. 23 pick in the 2003 NBA Draft, voiced his opinion on the eventual end to the “one-and-done” college-to-pro route.
