Free agent center Harry Giles has agreed to a one-year deal with the Charlotte Hornets, his agent Daniel Hazan of Hazan Sports Management told @TheAthletic. The Duke alum and North Carolina native returns home for a chance to compete for a roster spot with the Hornets.
Charania didn’t report on the specifics of the deal. Judging by the language at the end of the blurb, it appears Giles, 26, is signing an Exhibit 10 contract, a non-guaranteed deal that will give him the chance to compete for a roster spot during training camp.
