Duke freshman star Cooper Flagg, the projected No. 1 overall pick, has officially entered the NBA Draft, he announced Monday on social media.
The 6-foot-9, 18-year-old forward entered the 2024-25 season as the top NBA prospect in college basketball and then lived up to the hype as a two-way terror. In his one season at Duke, Flagg averaged 19.2 points, 7.5 rebounds, 4.2 assists, 1.4 blocks and 1.4 steals on his way to capturing the Wooden Award, given to the nation’s top player. Along with the individual success, he led the Blue Devils to a 35-4 record and a Final Four appearance.
