With sporting events airing on a wider variety of networks and streaming services than ever before, ESPN has attempted to create a solution. They’ve released Where to Watch, a system that helps you find where sporting events are being televised and/or streamed, sorted by date and time. It’s available via both web and within their app. ESPN provides a press release, but instead let’s change it up and take a look at veteran tech site Ars Technica to see another perspective. They notice that, while attempting to succeed where even Apple previously failed, ESPN may have some ulterior motives.
