NBA Summer League 2019 has been disrupted by a 6.9-7.1 magnitude earthquake originating just outside of the town of Ridgecrest in Southern California. The quake hit at 8:19, Pacific time. Tremors were felt 150 miles away in Las Vegas, where the NBA’s annual Summer League is held. Friday night games have been cancelled and the use of Thomas and Mack Center at UNLV remains in question as the tournament goes forward.
The NBA has now canceled the rest of Friday night's Las Vegas Summer League slate at the Thomas & Mack center due to the earthquake.
