After a week in which the Portland Trail Blazers went 3-0 with some incredible performances, they came back down to Earth with a 1-3 week. Their lone win came in the second game against the Houston Rockets, and the three losses came at the hands of the Oklahoma City Thunder, Rockets and Memphis Grizzlies.
Despite a down week in terms of the win/loss column, this week’s Blazer of the Week is Deni Avdija.
Avdija has struggled somewhat to get acclimated with Portland early in his time with the team, but this week he was able to showcase why he was such an important offseason addition.
