Corey Hawkins, son of Portland Trail Blazers Player Personnel Director Hersey Hawkins, has signed with the Miami Heat. He is their 17th player on roster, and the third with a non-guaranteed contract for the 2015-16 NBA season. Although he is unlikely to make the official roster this year, the Heat are anticipated to add him to their D-League affiliate, the Sioux Falls Skyforce, for developmental purposes.
