Leave it to Summer League to provide some Tuesday afternoon drama for Trail Blazers fans.
Following Utah Jazz forward Trey Lyles' tip-in rebound at buzzer to tie the game at 89-89 to finish the first overtime period, the Blazers and Jazz were forced into a sudden-death, first-basket-wins second overtime period at the Thomas & Mack Center on the UNLV campus.
While the gameplan was to get the ball first from tip-off, the Jazz won the first possession. After an errant pass resulted in a Blazers' inbound, the rest was left to Portland's efficiency on the offensive end.
