Following the Portland Trail Blazers’ lose-from-ahead loss to the San Antonio Spurs last night - a game where they blew a near-20 point lead - Donovan Clingan was understandably happy to be back:
I feel good. I was very antsy to get back out there on the floor, be out there with my guys... I was understanding [of the minutes restriction] and just being patient.... and take my time and everything and make sure I’m a full go.
Clingan also said that he felt great after the game and felt “no soreness” in his knee following a Grade 2 MCL sprain that sidelines him for three weeks.
