Shatori Walker-Kimbrough of the Washington Mystics is enjoying a breakout season for the WNBA franchise, and she attributes her success to studying the game and mentality of the Portland Trail Blazers’ CJ McCollum, reports Lindsay Gibbs of the Athletic. Walker-Kimbrough became a student of McCollum’s game after looking for inspiration from other shooting guards. [Walker-Kimbrough] was especially drawn to McCollum’s confidence, the way he carried himself, his back story.
