The Portland Trail Blazers’ CJ McCollum was fined $20,000 by the NBA for his role in an on-court skirmish with Alex Len of the Sacramento Kings, the league announced. McCollum’s punishment was greater than that of Len, who was fined $15,000. The league penalized McCollum more for “shoving and attempting to elevate the altercation.”
The incident took place in the third quarter. The Blazers then went on to lose to the Kings 123-111.
