According to Frank Isola of the New York Daily News, the Cav’s are considering a move that would ship Anderson Varejao to the Trail Blazers. This is likely an attempt for Cleveland to shed salary, as they are currently well above the luxury tax line (current payroll 108 million). Shedding the Varejao contract would be a major step in the right direction, but will Portland be willing to take on his remaining contract?
Cavs also considering a trade that would include a LeBron favorite, Anderson Varejao. Portland & Philadelphia are possibilities.
