The Oklahoma City Thunder and Chicago Bulls have made the first trade of the NBA Off-season with a swap of guards Josh Giddey and Alex Caruso according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
BREAKING: The Chicago Bulls are trading two-time All-Defensive guard Alex Caruso to the Oklahoma City Thunder for guard Josh Giddey, sources tell ESPN.
The Thunder had been rumored to have an interest in Caruso to add to their roster to become contenders after finishing with the No. 1 overall seed in the Western Conference this season. Caruso adds a strong defensive presence in the backcourt next to All-NBA point guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.
