The Milwaukee Bucks have rescinded their one-year qualifying offer to free agent Jabari Parker, allowing him to sign an unrestricted offer with the Chicago Bulls. According to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, Parker’s new deal runs for two years at $40 million total, with the second year a team option.

Bucks GM Jon Horst tells ESPN that Bucks weren't going to match offer sheet, and worked in good faith with Parker and his agent Mark Bartelstein to let them negotiate the unrestricted deal with Bulls.
