The Portland Trail Blazers are on the road to take on the Minnesota Timberwolves on the second night of a back-to-back. Portland is coming into this game after a loss to the San Antonio Spurs and will try to find the energy to finish off their four-game road trip strong.
The Timberwolves, who made the Western Conference Finals last season then traded franchise mainstay Karl Anthony-Towns in the offseason, are riding a two game win streak after earning wins over the Charlotte Hornets and Chicago Bulls. Minnesota does not have many wins over good teams, but has been able to take care of business against the bottom teams in the league so far this season.
