While there are very few teams in the NBA more poorly positioned to win any given game than the Portland Trail Blazers, the Utah Jazz just might be one of them.
Sitting at 7-21, the Jazz are as deep in their rebuild as the Blazers, similarly unwilling to do much to improve their team and perhaps a touch bolder about actively sabotaging few promising starts in recent years to raise their draft lottery odds.
Despite that, you may remember it was this very opponent - minus their best player, sitting with injury - that gave Portland a 42-point drubbing 20 days ago today that prompted jeers from the Moda Center.
