Portland Trail Blazers guard Shaedon Sharpe is taking a leap in his second NBA season.
The Canadian guard is averaging 16.5 points per game and he still has yet to turn 21 years old. His jump from 9.9 points per game to 16.5 even before he can legally buy a drink in the United States has people believing he could turn into one of the elite guards in the NBA.
Bleacher Report’s Zach Buckley listed Sharpe among those to watch to make an All-Star team in the foreseeable future.
Give Portland more time to reset its roster, though, and Sharpe could slot in as the franchise centerpiece.
