Portland Trail Blazers rookie guard Scoot Henderson achieved a new milestone in Monday night’s loss to the Los Angeles Clippers.
Henderson, the No. 3 overall pick in this year’s draft, came off the bench to shoot 8 of 16 from the field for a career-high 19 points, beating out his old record of 17 points against the Utah Jazz on Dec. 2. But Henderson wasn’t really focused on his own stat line after the game.
“I felt alright you know just my main thing is winning,” Henderson said. “So if we didn’t win it’s like it don’t really matter.
