Portland second-year forward Toumani Camara and two-way guard Bryce McGowens will play in the Rising Stars Challenge, airing at 6 p.m. Pacific tonight on TNT. While Blazers second-year guard Scoot Henderson won’t play in the event due to a sprained ankle, he’s in San Francisco to participate in the festivities and root on his teammates from the sidelines.
