Noah Vonleh was one of the first arrivals of the 2015 offseason. The Trail Blazers shipped longtime swingman Nic Batum to the Hornets in return for Vonleh and Gerald Henderson. The move came on the eve of the NBA draft, and proved to be the first tremor in a monumental shift in the roster.
Vonleh was a relative unknown for most Blazers fans, as he had a minimal role in his first year in the NBA. At 20 years old (19 at the time of the trade), he was the perceived prize in the deal with Charlotte.
