Neither team managed to win their first home game of the 2021 Playoffs, with the Trail Blazers taking Game 1 and the Nuggets Game 3. But now the Trail Blazers will need to come up with an answer in Game 4, just as the Nuggets did in Game 2, if they want to avoid heading back to Denver for an elimination game.
After losing the last two games, the Trail Blazers face a near must-win when they host the Nuggets in Game 4 Saturday afternoon at the Moda Center.
“Especially late in the season, we went on a nice run when we needed a good run and I think we have kind of a history of playing well with our backs to the wall,” said Trail Blazers head coach Terry Stotts.
