The Portland Trail Blazers announced that center Jusuf Nurkic suffered a concussion Monday against the Sacramento Kings, and will miss Wednesday's game against the Phoenix Suns. NBC Sports Northwest's Jason Quick first reported the injury Tuesday evening.

Nurkic was involved in several physical plays against the Kings, including this one where he took a shot from reserve center Jack Cooley.
