PORTLAND -- The Portland Trail Blazers wrapped up their 2016 home exhibition schedule with a 106-97 loss to the Denver Nuggets in front of a crowd of 18,135 at the Moda Center Sunday night. With the loss the Trail Blazers are now 3-2 for the preseason.
The Trail Blazers, as they've done throughout most of the preseason, came out dialed in from the field to start the game, going up by nine early before ending the quarter leading 34-26. But going long stretches without scoring has also been an issue, one that was repeated versus the Nuggets.
