Harry Giles III is returning from injury and is slated to make his return to the Portland Trail Blazers’ active roster after being upgraded to “probable” for tomorrow’s re-match with the New Orleans Pelicans. Jamie Hudson of NBCSports Northwest tweeted the news today.
The Blazers have only fielded one recognized center — Enes Kanter — since Giles went down with a left calf strain against the Dallas Mavericks on Valentine’s Day.
During Giles’ absence, the Blazers have been playing 6’7 Robert Covington as Kanter’s main backup.
