The Trail Blazers post-practice media availability provided mixed reviews regarding the status of injured center Enes Kanter. After separating his shoulder in Game 5 against the Thunder, Kanter endured obvious pain throughout Friday’s activities.
Kanter met with the assembled press after practice and KGW’s Jared Cowley documented the following comments from Kanter.
“I’m not going to lie, it hurts pretty bad. I’m having a hard time changing my shirt,” he said. “It’s very tough to even just raise it above my head.”
Kanter went on to explain that the normal recovery time usually involves about a month of rehab.
