As the Portland Trail Blazers head to Utah to face the Jazz on Christmas Day, the Blazer’s Edge Staff is compiling a list of Christmas wishes for the team. We asked each staffer to give one, simple wish to improve Portland’s lot. We’ll present them to you throughout the holiday.

Christmas is upon us, and for my Blazers-themed wish, I am hoping that the Trail Blazers next owner is a person that has a basic understanding of Portland’s history.
It goes without saying that I am sending my thoughts to Paul Allen’s family as they spend this December without him.
