Monday, the Blazers officially announced the signing of Archie Goodwin to a training camp deal. Among the tidbits in the release was Goodwin will wear No. 2.
In college, the guard wore 10; his NBA career features No. 20 with Phoenix, No. 8 with New Orleans and the return of No. 10 with Brooklyn.
10 seems to be popular with Goodwin, but Jake Layman lays claim to that number already.
20 isn’t an option on the Blazers as that number hangs in the rafters for Maurice Lucas.
