The Portland Trail Blazers have signed free agent Anthony Tolliver to a veteran’s minimum contract. The 6’8 combo forward has played with nine different teams in his 11-year career. He is 34 years old. He previously signed as a free agent for the Trail Blazers in the summer of 2009, appearing in two games before he was waived.
