The Cleveland Cavs are looking for a big man to compliment their new roster construction around LeBron James, and NBA sources indicate that they're looking at both the Portland Trail Blazers' Robin Lopez and his brother Brook over in Brooklyn.
Per Sam Amico of FOX Sports Ohio, "league sources say the Cavs have an interest in both Brooklyn Nets center Brook Lopez (clearly on the market) and Portland Trail Blazers center Robin Lopez (Brook's twin brother)."
However, both brothers' salaries make a move with the Cavs unlikely, as Cleveland would likely have to mortgage off some of its present in order to make salaries match and entice either Brooklyn or Portland.
It's likely that the Cavs' interest in Brook and Robin Lopez is merely Cleveland doing its due diligence as it vets potential trade candidates in advance of February's trade deadline.
