PORTLAND, Ore. – Teams representing the Portland Police Bureau and Portland Fire & Rescue will square off in the third-annual Rose City United charity match, presented by the Portland Timbers, at Providence Park on Sunday, Sept. 11, it was announced today. Set to kickoff at 12 noon (Pacific) ahead of the Portland Thorns FC game, the match is free and open to the public with a suggested donation at the gate.
Originating in 2014, the third-annual Rose City United match is a way of honoring the dedication and hard work that both agencies provide the city.
