Big news dump from the Thorns this afternoon, the headline of which is three new signings to the Thorns supplemental roster: forward Simone Charley, midfielder Emily Ogle and defender Madison Pogarch. The club announced forwards Ifeoma Onumonu and Mallory Weber were to be waived.
Additionally, Thorns forward Hayley Raso’s early season absences now have an explanation: she’s received a green card and will no longer occupy an international spot.
Prior to this, the only supplemental signing the Thorns had made was third goalkeeper Bella Bixby. These three signings complete the supplemental roster lineup for the year.
