Roy Miller Linked to the Timbers

David Guzman may not be the only player from Deportivo Saprissa coming to Portland this winter. A report from Teletica in Costa Rica links the Costa Rican centerback and and left back Roy Miller with the Timbers in what would be something of a package deal with Guzman.

Miller, 32, is a veteran of both the Costa Rican national team who played for the New York Red Bulls for six seasons, making 122 MLS starts during that span. Miller has been capped 51 times by Costa Rica, but has recently fallen out of Oscar Ramirez’s side.
