The Portland Timbers supporters group, the Timbers Army raised its first tifo of the 2016 season on Sunday, part of the the team's celebration at the season opener against the Columbus Crew at Providence Park.
The 2015 MLS Cup Champions banner was unveiled and the four-piece tifo was hoisted: "Dance. Kiss. Love. You Always Remember Your First," marking the team's first MLS Cup Championship.
The Timbers then kicked off against the Columbus Crew, their opponents in the title game, which Portland won 2-1 back on Dec. 6.
