Portland Timbers extend radio broadcast partnership with 750/102.9 The Game

PORTLAND, Ore. – The Portland Timbers reached a multi-year contract agreement with radio broadcast partner 750/102.9 The Game (KXTG) ahead of the 2016 Major League Soccer (MLS) season, it was announced today.

“With a longstanding collaboration that predates our ascension to MLS, we are proud to continue our partnership with 750/102.9 The Game for the 2016 season and for years to come,” said Mike Golub, president of business operations for the Timbers.

The flagship station for Timbers MLS matches since the inaugural 2011 season, 750/102.9 The Game is part of Alpha Media, a Portland-based radio broadcast company that owns 135 stations in 28 markets across the United States.
