MATCH RECAP | New York Red Bulls 0, Portland Timbers 0

HARRISON, N.J. - The Portland Timbers earned their second straight clean sheet Sunday as they drew 0-0 with the New York Red Bulls at Red Bull Arena. With the draw, Portland extended their unbeaten streak to seven games in regular-season play.

Goalkeeper Jake Gleeson, helping lead the team defense, was credited with four saves in the match to earn his third shutout of the 2016 campaign. Two of note: Gleeson denied New York's Felipe at the doorstep in the 78th minute with a clutch save and then in stoppage time, he tipped over the bar another attempt by Felipe.
