Go behind the scenes with Jake Gleeson as he works with brewers at Widmer to create the Centennial Celebration IPA. Gleeson chose to spice this IPA up with some rye malt and to compliment his choice of Citra, Mosaic and Wakatu (NZ) hops with some fresh pineapple. Available at the Timbers match against Real Salt Lake on September 10.
