SANTA BARBARA, Calif. --- After 8.0 scoreless innings and the first two UC Santa Barbara batters were retired in the bottom of the ninth, the Gauchos rallied with three consecutive singles to claim a walk-off, 1-0 win over the Portland Pilots in a non-conference baseball game played on Monday afternoon at Caesar Uyesaka Stadium. The game was the final of the season for the Pilots, who were coming off a WCC series win at Pepperdine.
