LINCOLN, Ne. -- The Portland Pilots improved to 3-0-2 on the season with their fourth straight clean sheet in a 2-0 win over the Nebraska Cornhuskers. It is the first time since 2013 they've gone unbeaten through their first five games and the first time they've had four shutouts through their first five games since 2009.

- Portland broke the scoreless tie when Sophia Mattice scored a goal in the 20th minute. It was her first of the season.
- The Pilots scored again on a goal from Kayla Adams -- her second goal of the season -- in the 55th minute.
