PORTLAND, Ore. – Brackets were officially announced Monday morning for the upcoming Phil Knight Invitational (PKI) and Phil Knight Legacy tournaments to be played over Thanksgiving weekend in Portland. University of Portland will open the event against NCAA runner-up North Carolina on Thanksgiving Day with a 10 a.m. tip-off at Moda Center.
The PKI and Phil Knight Legacy are separate multi-team tournaments each featuring eight men's teams and four women's teams competing during ESPN's annual Feast Week, Thursday, Nov. 24 – Sunday, Nov. 27.
Portland, serving as co-host of the event along with Moda Center and ESPN Events, is joined in the PKI bracket by Alabama, Iowa State, Michigan State, Oregon, UConn and Villanova.
