PORTLAND, Ore. -- The Portland Pilots volleyball team finished their weekend with a bang, taking their second straight WCC match against the Santa Clara Broncos on Saturday afternoon at the Chiles Center. The Pilots swept in three sets, winning 25-15, 25-20, and 25-21.
The Pilots (14-4, 2-4 WCC) went undefeated in sets this weekend, going a perfect 6-0 that included a sweep over San Francisco.
"We did a nice job executing in a lot of phases," head coach Jeff Baxter said post-match. "I'm proud of the way we competed with some new faces out on the floor for us.
