Pilots Sweep Colorado on Senior Day

PORTLAND, Ore. – The Portland women's tennis team honored its seven seniors prior to the start and then cruised to a 4-0 sweep of the Colorado Buffaloes in non-conference action Sunday at the Louisiana-Pacific Tennis Center.

The Pilots (6-11, 2-4 WCC) set the tone early in doubles action as the freshmen duo of Radina Dimitrova and Tatiana Grigoryan won 6-1 at No. 2. Seniors Maja Mladenovic and Emily Gould then clinched with a 6-3 victory at No. 3. Portland was also leading the third doubles match 5-2.
