CORVALLIS, Ore. --- The Portland Pilots men's and women's cross country B teams competed at the Beaver Classic this morning in Corvallis, Ore. Both the men's and women's squads claimed the top finishes and won both races with perfect scores of 15.
Junior Becca Howard led the women's in the 6k with a second place finish, with sophomore Maddy Lyons finishing just behind her in third. Sophomores Dylan Hite and Natalie Smith then rounded out the top five with times of 23:03.2 and 23:18.6, respectively. Freshman Grace Perkins, and sophomores Karli Piaia and Emily Peterson also finished in the top-10 with times of 23:45.
